Can I track my order ?

Absolutely! It is urgent that we keep you updated on your purchase. We will send you the tracking number once your items have been shipped. USPS and Fedex are who we use to send items with. Look out for an email by



Can you give me more information on the custom collection?


Our custom collection is exclusively customized/designed by us. You can expect to see jeans, jackets, and footwear with a unique touch to it. 



What is the store policy?


Clothing and shoe sales that are exchangeable are accepted with the receipt if: the items have not been worn, stretched, and/or damaged, still have the tags/box, and are returned within ten business days from the original date of purchase. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges and must first email us at to receive an RMA # for an exchange. If an item has been sent to us without an RMA # or is not in the required condition, it will be rejected and subject to a re-ship fee. If the items are no longer available, a store credit will be issued. Store credit does not expire. Items that are FINAL SALE are: lingerie, body suits, swim suits, mesh, net, lace, distressed clothing, diamond/embellished/studded pieces, jewelry, white material (or with excessive white material), items in our exclusive collection, and items in the sale catalog. Eyelashes and hair extensions are also final sale. Please email us for any concern regarding our items and store policy before purchase.


Which methods of payments can I use?

Payments can be made with a debit/credit card. Paypal is also an option. Make sure that the billing information is the same as the credit/debit card (or the order will not be accepted). This is a secured website and all information is protected.


Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?


Shipping fees are calculated in the total amount of the purchase. We want to get your items to you as soon as possible; so we usually ship on the same or next day once you make your order. We ship on any day of the week (Monday-Sunday). Deliveries are expected to reach customers within 2-6 business days.


Carrier/Delivery Issues?


Once we ship off your items, a tracking number along with shipping information will be emailed to you and connect you to the carrier. We use USPS and Fedex.  Iridaceae is not responsible for any lost/damaged packages after they have been given to the carrier. Please contact the carrier for any other delivery concerns.
